Billing Options

A guiding principle at Sanders Law Office is that legal representation should be available for anyone who needs it.  To that end, we are happy to offer our customers a variety of convenient and affordable payment options.  In many cases we can offer flat-fee billing for different services, giving you comfort of knowing expenses in advance.  Other cases are more unpredictable, in particular those involving litigation.  For those matters, we offer an affordable three-tier hourly billing system that provides tremendous value to our clients.  We also accept a limited number of cases on a contingency basis, and we are happy to discuss this option during your consultation.

In all cases, we will begin work after officially signing a representation agreement that typically includes an up-front retainer.  We accept payment by check, and offer the convenience of credit card billing directly below.  We do not charge additional fees for credit card billing, thus there is no "penalty" for using this option.  With all representation agreements, we will work with you to find an appropriate payment method that provides you the service you deserve.
